You creep slowly forward, taking care to avoid stepping on twigs. Your hands twitch impatiently on your bow, but you calm them. Suddenly, a bush in the distance begins to rustle. [[Freeze.|Seeing the boar]]A boar noses out of the brush, grunting and snuffling. It is fat from the winter and will yield a lot of meat. You take aim with your bow and loose your arrow with a loud twang. Your aim is true, as always; the boar drops silently to the forest floor. You approach and kneel down beside the boar, saying a quick prayer in thanks for its sacrifice. Although the hunt is necessary, you never forget honor where it's due. [[Return home with your kill.|Mount Olympus]]You pass through the golden gates with your bow and kill at your back. You know that Zeus is waiting for you, but the Den of Chance looks pretty appealing. Should you go [[talk to Zeus|Zeus conversation]] or [[gamble a bit|Den of Chance]]?"Artemis! How is my darling little daughter?" Zeus smiles and pats his knee, calling you to come sit. "I'm good, father." You drop your boar on the floor, set down your bow and move to sit on his lap. Though you're a little old for this sort of childish pose, Zeus always insists that you sit on his lap when you come to speak with him. "Got a nice sized boar, I see." "Yes, it was a good hunt." You have a favor to ask but you remember Zeus also wanted to ask you something. You [[ask the favor|your favor]] or [[ask what Zeus wanted to talk about|Zeus' favor]]?You leave the boar in a safe corner and duck into the building that reads "Fates Not Allowed" As you descend the stairs, the sound of raucous laughter fills the progressively smokier air. As you reach the bottom of the stairs, you hear a familiar voice. [["Artemis, over here!"|Meet Apollo]]You look over to see your brother grinning drunkenly at you from a table. He beckons you over. "Hephaestus, give me 20 on that Hercules getting killed by Cerberus!" He laughs and swigs again, as Hephaestus rolls his eyes. "Apollo, you know we only bet on humans' doings here. Why don't you try someone a little less godlike?" You roll your eyes as well. You should have known that Apollo would be here, again. Apollo smiles and shrugs, and you can't help but smile a bit as well. Never a dull moment with him. "Any bets for you, Artemis?" [["I'd better not. I'm already late meeting Zeus..."|Zeus conversation]]"What is it, daughter?" "Could you grant me two wishes, father?" "Hmm... And what would those wishes be?" "I want to not have to wear this baggy dress. I want a hunting outfit instead. And I would like to have nymphs- no, virgin nymphs- to guard my bow and arrows." Zeus laughs and pats your head. "How about this: you choose one wish and I will grant it." Do you want the [[hunting outfit]] or the [[virgin nymphs]]?"I'll take the hunting outfit. This dumb dress always gets caught on the vines. It's impossible to hunt when your flowing, white dress is always catching twigs and scaring the animals." "Very well." Zeus smiles and snaps his fingers. You look down. Your loose fitting dress has been replaced with tight, black pants and a blue tunic that cuts off halfway down your thigh. In the place of your flimsy, gold sandals are a pair of study, black boots. "Thanks, dad!" You jump from his lap and collect your bow, leaving the boar behind as a thank you. You head back towards the forest, ready to [[try out hunting]] in your new attire."I'll take the nymphs! I can't afford to have my bow go missing. What would I do without it?" "Very well." Zeus snaps his fingers and three nymphs appears. "We are the Themeides." The nymphs, actually themeides, said in unison. "We are the keepers of divine objects and it will be an honor to serve you, Ms. Artemis." "Thank you very much!" you reply. They make a gesture of reverence towards you and leave. "Every time you set your bow down, they will come and guard it. You need never worry about it." Zeus pats your head. "Thanks, father!" You jump from his lap and collect your bow, leaving the boar behind as a thank you. You run towards the forest. Ready to go [[catch]] yourself another boar. You are about to head out the gates when you hear your name in a conversation. You edge closer to the Den of Chance and hear the unmistakable voice of your drunk brother. "I dunno Adonis. Artemis issa pretty good hunter." His words slurred together as they always did after three drinks. What a lightweight. "Oh, Apollo, you my friend are greatly mistaken. She's your sister, you have to say that!" What were they talking about? "But where you have mistaken is, yes, your precious sister, Artemis, is in fact a decent hunter. But it is I, Adonis, who is the best hunter in the land!" You feel your face begin to burn with rage. How dare he? [[Hide and listen more]] or [[confront him]] or [[shrug it off and continue to the woods.|Before meeting Orion]]?As you run through the forest, you spot a boar up ahead. Your feet carry you silently across the land and closer to the boar. You leap over a fallen log and just before your feet hit the ground, you're jerked backwards. You fall to the ground, hearing your dress rip. "I knew I should have taken the hunting outfit instead of the nymphs." "Need a hand, Ms. Artemis?" You look up to see [[Orion]] standing before you.Orion smiles at you again. "It's been a while since we've run into each other like this." You smile back. You had forgotten how much you missed hunting with him- one of the only people who could actually keep up with you. Orion looks like he has something to say... do you [[pre-empt him and suggest that you go hunting|hunting with Orion]] or [[let him speak|Dinner?]]?"Of course I would, Orion." You smile and take his arm as he leads you through the forest and back to the gates of Mount Olympus. "I'll pick you up at 6." You smile as you walk towards your room. You glance at the clock. 5:15? You had better hurry. You grab a clean dress and head down the hall towards the showers. "Where are you going? Who walked you home?" Apollo, still slightly drunk, but starting to sober up blocks your path. "It's really none of your business." You push past him. "That was Orion, wasn't it? You're going out with him! Artemis, how could you? You're the [[goddess of chastity.]]""Uh... I don't think that would be a good idea. You know, 'goddess of chastity' and stuff... Do you want to just go hunting instead? "Of course!" Orion says a little embarrassed. "I'd love to." "Great! [[Let's go.|hunting with Orion]]""Well I can go on a date and still be the goddess of chastity. It's not like I'm sleeping with him, Apollo." You shove him out of your way and head towards the shower. You can still hear Apollo grumbling. It sounds like he's getting ready to leave. Probably to go drink some more. You are fast enough to get ready by 6 exactly. You should not have to wait much longer until Orion arrives. He has always been ahead of time when you both go hunt together so going on a dinner shouldn't be different. Fifteen minutes have passed and still no sign of him. You decide to [[take a look outside]]. [[Begin.|Start]]
You notice a body on the floor not so far from where you are standing. It is Orion and he has an arrow on his chest. You run to him but he shows no signs of life. Your eyes are watering but you have no time to mourn, you need to find out who did it. You examine the arrow closely and realize something. [["... Apollo's arrow!"|Apollo's arrow]]"I cannot believe this!" You think as you run to the Den of Chance. "This will not end well for you, brother." As you abruptly enter the place you see Apollo laughing and drinking as if murdering your date was just another casual task of his day. "Oh sister, what happened?" Apollo asks laughing when he sees you. "Did your date get cancelled?" "APOLLO!" Do you [[demand explanations]] or [[threaten him]]?"Why did you kill Orion?" "I was just trying to protect you. I mean, you are the goddess of virginity and Orion was obviously trying to corrupt you." He says as he lifts his glass. "Now let's have a drink together, shall we?" "Well brother, if all your drinking hasn't messed with your brain too much you would recall that I chose to remain a virgin." You say angrily. "And as a choice, I can change it as I please and it's not yours or anyone else's business!" You [[put your hand on your bow.|threaten him]]You grab your bow and an arrow and aim at Apollo. Everyone at the Den is now staring at both of you. Some drunk satyrs look really excited with the situation. "Woah, calm down sis! You can't shoot your own brother! Let's talk it out, maybe I could write you one of my beautiful haikus?" [[Get revenge]] or [[forgive Apollo]]?"I never told you this, but your haikus suck." You shoot and see your arrow traveling in Apollo's direction. You hear glasses dropping and several gasps from your audience. "AGHHH, MY KNEE!! You actually shot me?? Look how much blood! And what are you talking about? My haikus are amazing!" He starts whispering while gesturing strangely with his hands near his knee, and you see the bleeding starting to stop. Being the god of medicine has its advantages. "You are lucky I'm not like you." Apollo was wrong, you could shoot your own brother. You just couldn't kill him. You clench your fists and leave that place. You vow to spend the rest of your life making Apollo's life a living hell.
The End
You put your bow down. Fighting Apollo won't change the fact that Orion is dead. "I won't hurt you... today, at least. But don't think I will make it easy on you from now on." You leave the place and decide to start planning a funeral for Orion. Maybe you could ask Zeus to make a constellation in his honor.
The End
Zeus beams. "Thank you for always thinking of others before yourself, my daughter." "The favor I have to ask you is not an easy one," he says as his expression hardens. "Have you heard of the Aloadae?" [["What is that?"|explanation]] [["Of course."]]"The Aloadae, Otos and Ephialtes, are giants. They are much more dangerous than regular giants, though, because they still haven't stopped growing! They grow by a foot every nine days, and they don't seem to be slowing down at all." [["Oh, the Aloadae. But why are you telling me this now?"|"Of course."]]Zeus continues: "Of course, giants growing that quickly would be alarming enough by itself. But Otos and Ephialtes have specifically said that once they get large enough, they want to make you and Hera into their wives." [["So I will kill them right away. Good."|Accept Zeus favor]] [["I will never be forcibly taken as a wife, but why should I care about Hera?"|Refuse]]"To prepare you for this, I will gift you nymphs to guard your bow as well as a hunting tunic that will make your journey easier." Zeus snaps his fingers and three nymphs appears. At the same time you look down and notice your outfit changing. Your loose fitting dress has been replaced with tight, black pants and a blue tunic that cuts off halfway down your thigh. In the place of your flimsy, gold sandals are a pair of study, black boots. "We are the Themeides." The nymphs, actually themeides, said in unison. "We are the keepers of divine objects and it will be an honor to serve you, Ms. Artemis." "Thank you very much!" you reply. They make a gesture of reverence towards you and leave. "Thank you, father." "You should go soon. The sooner you end this the better. Your friend Orion may know where you could find the Aloadae, since he is a giant, but I am sure you can also find them on your own." Go [[look for Orion]] or [[go on your own]]?Zeus blanches- he is completely taken aback. "What do you mean, why should you care about Hera? She's my wife!" "You're right. I'm sorry father. [[I will do as you ask."|Accept Zeus favor]] "So? She's never done anything but treat me like dirt because I'm not her daughter. [[She can fend for herself."|Zeus angry]]Zeus rises up, stories tall, his face growing ever darker. You have never seen him this angry in your life. "Your insolence is unforgivable. That's my wife you're talking about." He conjures up a lightning bolt with his hands. Do you [[attempt to talk him down]], [[run for it]] or [[pull out your bow]]?"Why should I risk my life for both of us? Please see this from my point of view." Zeus relaxes and the lightening bolt disappears. "Taking on one giant is scary enough, let alone two." Zeus nods. "Why don't you request the assistance of Orion?" Go [[look for Orion]].You feel a rush of adrenaline as you see your father standing before you, a lightning bolt in his hand, poised to kill you. You know you have no chance against him, so you run. You can see the door up ahead. Almost there. Behind you, you hear a large crack followed immediately by a sharp pain all over your body. But you're alive. "Artemis, how dare you disobey me. For your disobedience, you leave me no choice but to give you over to Otos and hope that the offering of you without fight will be enough to spare Hera." You long to get up, to run, but your whole body is wrapped in pain. You have no choice but to listen to your father.
The End
You pull out your bow and notch an arrow, pointing it directly at Zeus' face. Zeus pauses, and the two of you stare at each other for a moment. Do you [[fire]] or [[change your own mind]]?You decide to wait a little longer to see what other nonsense Adonis is going to say. "Artemis calls herself Goddess of the HUNT? More like Goddess of.... Sucking..." he trails off into peals of hysterical laughter, and you can hear him reaching for another drink. You roll your eyes. When will these men learn... [[Kill the cocky bastard.]]You can't believe it's come to this, but you have to defend yourself. You let fly your arrow at Zeus' face. He reacts quickly, launching two bolts - one destroying the arrow, the other vaporizing you. I guess you should have known better than to fight with your father, when he happens to be the supreme leader of the gods.
The End
You've already forgotten what that vapid pretty-boy said. You know that you're the best hunter in the cosmos, Adonis be damned. Suddenly, the bushes rustle. You tense - a chance to prove yourself, already! Not that you need to, of course. Just as you're notching your arrow, Orion steps out of the brush. [["Hello, Orion."|Orion]]"I know this is forward of me since we've known each other a while, but... Miss Artemis, would you like to go to dinner with me tonight?" [[Yes]] or [[no]]? The two of you head towards the woods, your bows slung over your shoulders. The sun feels warm on your back and you can't help but smile at the friendly conversation. You make a game of the hunt, each aiming at the same boar and seeing who's arrow reaches it first. "You know, Orion? This was really fun. I'd love to do it again sometime." Orion smiles at you. "Me too." You walk back to Mount Olympus together, grateful to find a friend. Despite the fact that you two could never be romantically involved, you are excited to spend time in each others company and become lifelong friends.
The End
You step out into the middle of the room. "Excuse me, Adonis? You think you are the best hunter in the land? Don't be silly, I am the Goddess of hunt, no one can beat me." "If you think so, dear Artemis, then why not prove it? What about a hunting challenge?" "A challenge? What kind of challenge?" "What about catching a chimera alive? Or are you afraid you are gonna lose this to me?" "A chimera? That ugly three-headed monster with one head of a lion, one of a snake, and another of a goat?" You think. "It's easy to kill one from a distance but catching one alive can be very dangerous." Do you [[accept]] the challenge or [[refuse it]]? You don't know where to start looking for those giants. Maybe talking to Orion would be a good idea. You decide to stake out his hunting area in hopes of seeing him. "Hello, Orion. I was looking for you." "Hello, Ms. Artemis. What can I do for you?" "My father asked me to do something. I need to find Otos and Ephialtes. I was wondering if you know where should I look for... Where do giants usually hang out?" "Well, I don't really hang out with those type of giants. They are full of themselves and too childish, if I am being honest. My guess would be that they are at Mount Ossa. They can also be very dangerous- why do you need to find them?" "It's a long story, but basically I'm gonna have to kill them. I'll go to Mount Ossa then, thank you for your help!" "Kill them? Are you going to do it alone? I could come with you." [[Yes|go with orion]] or [[no|go alone]]?Finding Orion may take too long, who knows where he is right now? Maybe he is hunting in the Underworld again. That place always gives you the creeps. Although you should go pay a visit to Hecate in one of these days. As you are leaving you stumble upon your brother Apollo, drunk as usual. "Hey sis, where are you going?" "You know, the usual... I'm just going to kill some giants before dinner. Do you know where I could easily find giants?" "Of course I know! Definitely on Mount Pelp...something. No wait, Mount Ossius for sure! Or maybe..." "Never mind, I'll figure something out." Mount Ossius? He was probably referring to Mount Ossa. The other place can only be Mount Pelion. Go to [[Mount Ossa]] or to [[Mount Pelion]]?Having some company would be good. "Alright, let's go then! I will explain you the rest of the story." In your way to Mount Ossa Orion tells you that he has heard that some giants were planning to attack the Olympus. He didn't think it was really true but now hearing about the Aloadae he is starting to suspect that there is more to this story than you previously imagined. Arriving at Mount Ossa you both see smoke in the distance, probably from a camp. You hear voices echoing from where two silhouettes are standing. You both approach them very carefully, hiding in bushes or behind trees. "Don't worry, Otos, it's gonna be easy! Let's just wait for the night to come so we can start our plan. Soon you'll have Artemis in your hands and I will have my beautiful Hera." The thought of being in Otos' arms almost made you throw up. Orion didn't seem to like that idea either. "Let's attack them by surprise." You whispered. "Who do you want to attack?" Should you attack [[Otos]] or [[Elphiates]]? "Don't worry about it, Orion. Zeus asked me exclusively and I am sure it won't take too long." "If that is your wish. Good luck, Ms Artemis." Going alone would be better. Hunting together with Orion is always fun. Killing giants together, however, may not be a great idea. [[Go to Mount Ossa.|Mount Ossa]]You see smoke in the distance and you hear voices echoing from where two silhouettes are standing. You approach them very carefully, hiding in bushes or behind trees. "Don't worry, Otos, it's gonna be easy! Let's just wait for the night to come so we can start our plan. Soon we will invade Olympus and you'll have Artemis in your hands and I will have my beautiful Hera." The thought of being in Otos' arms almost made you throw up. Should you [[keep listening]] or [[confront them]]?It doesn't take too long to get to Mount Pelion. You see what looks like a camp in the distance. You find Chiron, the Centaur, training some demigods and decide to go talk to him. "Hello, Chiron." "Artemis! What an honor to have you around here. How may I help you?" "I was wondering if you have by any chance seen the Aloadae?" "Hmm, I do recall some satyrs talking about seeing two giants walking near here during the night. The satyrs said they looked like they were making calculations of some sort. I'm afraid I can't be of any more help." "Calculations? That's odd. Well, thank you, Chiron. Maybe I should go check Mount Ossa now. By the way, I've heard about Achilles and I'm sorry for your loss. He was a great hero thanks to your training, keep the good work." "Thank you, it was a great loss." [[Go to Mount Ossa.|Mount Ossa]]"I'm so excited, Elphialtes! Why didn't we think of this plan before? Put Mount Pelion on top of Mount Ossa so we can reach Mount Olympus. Then kill all the gods we find while they are sleeping and finally capture our future wives." "The other gods will be so disturbed and confused when they wake up that it will be easy to destroy Olympus with the rest of our friends. We, giants, will finally get to our deserved throne." Kill gods? Destroy Olympus? This situation is way more serious than what you or Zeus imagined. [[It's time to end this before it can even begin.|confront them]]You climb a tree to have a better view of the place. The giants are way taller than the tree and you need to remember it's two against one. They also carry equally giant spears. You can still attack one of them by surprise. Attack [[Otos first]] or [[Elphiates first]]?You jump from the tree and shoot two arrows in Otos' direction. You land on Elphiates' back and hear a scream of pain coming from Otos. You quickly take one of your arrows and turn it on a knife and stab Elphiates. He screams and reaches you with his hand, then proceeds to throw you to the other side of the camp. You hit a tree but manage to get up on your feet with some difficulty. You see Otos, with two arrows in his chest, running in your direction. "HOW DARE YOU ATTACK THE ALLOADAE?" Shouted Elphiates. "YOU ARE GONNA PAY FOR THAT!" "Come here wifey." Said Otos while getting closer and closer. You need to think quickly. Should you [[climb the tree behind you]] or [[dodge the giant]]? You turn one of your arrows into a knife and jump on Elphiates' back, stabbing him. While he screams in pain you shoot various arrows in Otos' direction. He dodges some of the arrows but several find their mark. He screams in pain. When you try to jump off Elphiates he grabs your leg and then proceeds to throw you to the other side of the camp. You hit a tree but you manage to get up on your feet with difficulty. You see Otos, with two arrows in his chest, running in your direction. "HOW DARE YOU ATTACK THE ALOADAE?" shouted Elphiates. "YOU ARE GONNA PAY FOR THAT!" "Come here wifey." said Otos while getting closer and closer. You need to think quickly. Should you [[climb the tree behind you]] or [[dodge the giant]]?You get to the top of the tree just in time to hear Otos crashing into it. You see Elphiates running towards the tree with his spear aimed at you. Do you [[jump off the tree]] or [[shoot Otos]] while he's still at the ground? You jump to your right while shooting at Otos. He crashes into the tree in pain. You see Elphiates' spear flying in your direction. You dodge it and it hits a rock that was behind you. Otos is already back on his feet and Elphiates is coming in your direction. Do you [[take the spear]] or [[try to trick Otos]]?The spear is stuck in the rock and both of the giants are getting close. After some struggle you manage to pull the spear out, hitting Otos that was already by your side. As Otos falls to the floor you stab him with the spear, pulverizing him. You turn just in time to see Elphiates in the air above you jumping ready to grab you. In reflex, you take your bow and shoot his head. A pile of ashes falls into your head. Your job is done.
The End
"So Otos I don't think you know the real reason I'm here do you?" "Uhh...?" He said, still walking towards you. "Well, I obviously want to, uh, marry you!" He stopped, looking very excited. "But Elphiates said that if, hm, if I didn't come here and attacked you he would kill my brother! And... he wants to kill you to have both Hera and I as his wives!" "WHAT?" He turned to Elphiates direction pointing his spear at him. Elphiates stopped running. "What are you doing, Otos? Artemis is just by your side, grab her!" "HA! Nice try brother, you think you are smarter than me don't you? Guess what? Now I am the one who will have two wives!" He throws his spear hitting right on the middle of Elphiates' chest, who falls to the ground screaming and turning into ashes. "Some giants can be so gullible." You think. Otos turns to face you with a proud expression that soon turns into confusion when he sees you aiming at him. [[Shoot]] or [[say something first]]?"I'll take Otos." You both shoot several arrows towards the giants. They both scream in pain and surprise while you run towards Otos. You hear Orion screaming and notice Elphiates grabbed him. Great, now besides killing two giants you need to save one as well. Do you [[shoot Otos|you shoot]] or try to [[save Orion]] first?"I'll take Elphiates." You both creep forward, poised to shoot. "On the count of three," you say. "Three... two... [[one]]!" You aim at his head and shoot. Otos turns into ashes, getting taken by the wind. Your job is complete.
The End
"What is happening?" "Sorry Otos, you are kinda cute and stuff but there is no one who can force me into getting married against my will. Plus, this whole idea of invading Olympus isn't very nice, you know?" He jumps to attack you but you shoot him while he is still in the air, pulverizing him. "What an eventful day... It's probably already late for dinner, I should get back to Mount Olympus."
The End
You jump in front of Otos and wait for Elphiates to throw his spear. Just as planned he does it and you dodge it. The spear hits Otos' back, turning him into ashes. "NOOOO!" Elphiates stops, his face in disbelief. "What have you done!?" You need to take this opportunity while he is distracted. You aim at his face and let your arrow fly. Elphiates is now just a pile of ashes. Your job is done.
The End
Otos turns into a pile of ashes. You see Elphiates' spear flying towards you. You jump off the tree but the spear hits your arm, making it bleed. You struggle to aim properly, shooting and missing Elphiates while he runs in your direction, filled with rage. He is just about to get to you when you finally shoot him in the head. A wave of ashes hits you. Your job is finally done.
The End
Elphiates thrashes about, Orion held tightly in his grasp. You raise your bow, trying to get a clear shot on Elphiates. Do you [[shoot his foot]] or [[shoot his head]]?You shoot Otos, figuring that once he is out of the way, you'll be able to save Orion. You take aim for Otos' head, sinking an arrow into his skull. Otos falls and you turn your attention to Elphiates. Elphiates sees the fallen body of his companion turning into ashes and squeezes Orion tighter. You need to be quick. Do you shoot his [[foot]] or his [[head]]?You aim for Eliphates foot, knowing that there's no chance for you to miss and hit Orion. As the arrow sinks into Elphiates' foot, he drops Orion, grabbing his foot. You both regroup, poised to shoot. "On the count of three," you say. "Three...two...[[one]]!" You aim for his head, letting an arrow loose straight for his forehead. However, in his thrashing, Elphiates shifts his body, moving Orion between himself and your arrow. Your arrow sails into Orion's head, killing him instantly. You drop your bow and stare in shock. "I've got you now!" Otos comes behind you and gathers you in his arms. "I'm flattered you came all the way here. You made my job much easier. Now that I have you, I will never allow you to leave."
The End
You both release your arrows and watch as each giant is struck. The two fall. "Good job." You say, letting out your breath. "You too." You smile, and can't wait to get back to tell Zeus that your mission was a success.
The End
You put your bow down. "Ok, dad, this is ridiculous. We both know you can vaporize me in a second. I will kill those giants." Zeus relaxes and the lightening bolt disappears. "Your friend Orion may know where you could find the Aloadae, since he is a giant, but I am sure you can also find them on your own." Go [[look for Orion]] or [[go on your own]]?As the arrow sinks into Elphiates' foot, he screams and loses his balance, letting go of Orion. Orion then takes this opportunity to push the giant to the ground. You then proceed to shoot Elphiates again, killing him. "Are you okay?" You ask Orion, who looks hurt and out of breath. "I'll survive, thanks to you." You smile and help him walk back to the way you both came from. Your mission is complete.
The End
Elphiates predicts your move and dodge the arrow. "You killed my friend." The giant roars at you. "Now I do the same to you." He twists Orions body and throws it, lifeless to the ground. "I will keep you as my servant and I will take Hera as my wife." You stare at Orion's body in shock. He grabs you and ties you up and continues making plans to kidnap Hera tonight.
The End
You dash quickly to the edge of the forest and get to work. You snap your fingers, and a giant boar appears. You tell him to follow you back to town. When you get to the Den of Chance, you give the boar his instructions. "Okay, now when you get inside, kill the really loud one with a lot of muscles. Then run for the forest as quickly as possible." The boar runs inside, and you dash around the corner. You don't want to be associated with this particular mess.... "AHHHHHHHHHHHH!" You hear particularly satisfying crashes and yells from inside the building. Good thing you stayed within earshot. Your reputation is safe, and the world has one less annoying man to deal with.
The End
"If doing it will make you shut up and accept the truth of how I am the best hunter... then of course I will do it." "Great. [[Let's go.]]""I don't need to prove anything to you, Adonis. I know I'm the best hunter." "Oh, I see. You are scared. Well, come with me and I will show you how easy it is." [[Follow Adonis.]] It doesn't take too long for you both to see a chimera in the distance. You sign for Adonis to stay quiet so you can go catch it. As you approach the creature you reach for your bow, but you can't find it. "What...? Where is my bow?" You whisper in surprise. "Did Adonis steal it? I knew I should've have chosen the nymphs instead of this hunting outfit!" By this time the chimera turns around and there is nothing you can do to defend yourself.
The End
It doesn't take too long for you both to see a chimera in the distance. Adonis signs for you to stay quiet so he can catch it. As he is approaching the creature he accidentally steps on a twig, making it crack. All the three heads of the creature turn around to face him. The snake head attacks first, biting Adonis' neck. He tries to run away but the poison is too effective. The creature jumps on him and you never hear of Adonis again. "Well, I guess I am, indeed, the better hunter."
The End
